Return Conditions:

  1. Duration: You can return any item purchased on FitnComfy within 7 days of the delivery date.

  2. Condition of the Product: Returned products must be in the same condition as received. This means unworn, unwashed, without any stains, and with all original tags still attached.

  3. Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged or you've discarded it, please use a similar protective packaging to ensure the item reaches us in good condition.

  4. Invoice: Please include a copy of the original invoice in the return package, which will help us process your return faster.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return: To start the return process, contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. They will guide you through the process and provide any necessary return labels or details.

  2. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process the refund or exchange.

  3. Refunds: Refunds will be made in the original mode of payment and can take up to 10-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Exceptions & Clarifications:

  1. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our Customer Service immediately upon receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

  2. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
